every offer i provide requires preparation, energetic holding, and dedicated time set aside specifically for you. once a purchase is made, that time and energy is committed to your transformation, whether or not you choose to show up for it.
if you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please give at least 24 hours notice. sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or marked as no-shows are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
session packages and coaching containers must be completed within the timeframe outlined at purchase. unused sessions do not roll over, transfer, or convert to credit.
digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. because of the nature of digital delivery, all digital sales are final.
membership payments are non-refundable. you may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing, but past payments will not be refunded and access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
